Welcome to Trade Union Learning Link (TULL)

About us

TULL works in Norfolk and Suffolk with trade unions, employers, learning providers, and support organisations, to build partnerships and networks, offer support and resources and help to develop sustainable workplace learning activities.

Overview of the project

The project recognises the unique role that trade unions play in developing learning activities in the workplace. It supports the work of unions, especially in engaging new, non-traditional learners. Working closely with local trades unions the project aims to recruit and support new Union Learning Representatives (ULRs), and to engage new learners. The emphasis is on a partnership approach. TULL is in a good position to work locally, bringing together key organisations and individuals, to enable projects to move forward.
