Train to Gain - working with Trade Unions in Norfolk and Suffolk

Working together

TULL is working with the LSC, trades unions and the brokerage organisations.
The brokerage organisations are offering training and analysis to employers and employees to help ensure the most effective training is provided.

TULL is:
  • promoting union and ULR involvement in Train to Gain
  • sharing information about visits, etc.
  • meeting with ULR's
  • promoting the brokerage service
  • organising briefings

The role of trades unions in Train to Gain
In recognition that both brokers and trades unions will benefit from working together, a protocol, or joint statement of intent, has been developed by the LSC and the TUC. It can be used locally to underpin joint working within the Train to Gain framework.
Download the protocol here
